Terms of engagement

I agree to Star Merchandising Pte Ltd’s Terms of engagement.

 

By providing my personal data to Star Merchandising Pte Ltd (“Star Merchandising”), I agree and allow Star Merchandising to:

  1. Collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data, including but not limited to my name, my email address, my telephone numbers, my address for the following purposes:
    1. Facilitating, processing, dealing with, administering, managing and/or maintaining my/our relationship with Star Merchandising;

    2. Dealing in any matters relating to Star Merchandising’s products, services and activities;

    3. Carrying out due diligence and other screening activities, or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;

    4. Conducting research, analysis and development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance Star Merchandising’s products, services and/or operations, and/or otherwise for Star Merchandising’s business operations and purposes;

    5. Storing, hosting, backing up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of my personal data, whether within or outside Singapore, (collectively the “Purposes”);

  2. Disclose personal data about me to Star Merchandising’s third party service providers and agents (“Representatives”) that are engaged by Star Merchandising’s to perform certain functions in connection with the Purposes, so long as disclosure is necessary to enable such Representatives to perform the said functions. The Representatives may be located within or outside Singapore. In this regard, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said functions, collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data.

    I hereby represent and warrant that I am the authorised user and/or subscriber of the email address and/or the telephone number provided by me, and that I have read and understood the above provisions.

    Should I wish to withdraw my consent in part or whole, I will send an email to the Data Protection Officer of Star Merchandising at pdpa.dpo@starmerchandising.com.sg and provide details of my withdrawal.
